1. Submit the on-line Test Application below by the registration deadline.
2. Upon completing the form below, you will be directed to our Square shop where you will pay the non-refundable testing fees
3. Skaters from out-of-state clubs, must have their home club send an email granting permission to test to Valley of the Sun FSC. Note: Valley of the Sun FSC is part of Arizona Interclub, so there are no “out-of-club” fees for all Arizona clubs.
4. If your test requires music, please e-mail your MP3 music files to Tim Totter and bring a copy of your music on your phone.
5. If you are doing a Virtual Test, please print the following required forms and bring them with you to your test:
Note: Late applications may be accepted at the discretion of the Test Chair and must be accompanied by a late fee of $30.
All applicable rules of United States Figure Skating shall govern all test sessions.
